At Bloomex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window to ensure your home feels exactly right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bloomex account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
